A career mode that's actually hard
700+ career mode values rebuilt on top of FC 27's systems and tested in a live save: wages based on real TransferRoom data, honest regens, scouting as a long-term investment, tougher negotiations, a 24-hour deadline day and a Ballon d'Or you can win outside the Premier League.
- Wages match real ones: the formula is calibrated on 440 TransferRoom contracts, with the Saudi Pro League raised 2.6×
- No more 90-rated 18-year-olds: regens are no longer born with "one-club +8" potential, and the form bonus is cut from +10 to +4
- Scouting is an investment: a 5★ scout costs about 25M, missions last 3–9 months and platinum talents are rare, not routine
- 8–0 thrashings and real upsets instead of endless 1–0s: the number of chances depends on the gap in quality
- Stars move to big clubs: the AI spends up to 90% of its budget on one player and signs free agents every day

What is FIFAMAN Realism Mod?
FIFAMAN's flagship mod for EA SPORTS FC 27 and the biggest football mod in the world: 20 new leagues and 444 clubs, 50 real stadiums, 2,376 real faces, a rebuilt career mode, three gameplays, English and Russian commentary, TV graphics, 33 trophies and regen minifaces. How is Realism Mod different from EUROPEAN MOD 26?
EUROPEAN MOD 26 added European leagues to FC 26. Realism Mod is a new project for FC 27, built from scratch on Squads Creator 4: beyond Europe it covers Brazil, Japan, the UAE, Asia and Africa, plus stadiums, real faces and the whole FIFAMAN ecosystem. FC 26 mods don’t work in FC 27 and can’t be carried over.
Do I need to start a new career?
Yes. The mod changes the game’s database — leagues, clubs, players and Career Mode settings — so you need a new save. Stadiums, faces, commentators and gameplay hook into that career automatically; no extra steps are required.
Does the mod work online — in Ultimate Team, Clubs or online matches?
No. Mods work offline only: Career Mode, friendlies and tournaments. Ultimate Team, Clubs and online matches are unavailable with the mod — the project’s priority has always been, and remains, Career Mode.
Will the mod keep working after a game update (Title Update)?
Yes. After every FC 27 update the mod is adapted and released in FIFAMAN App — an “Update” button appears in your library. The Real Face add-on doesn’t depend on game updates and is updated separately. As long as your subscription is active, every update is yours.
How often are updates released?
Regularly: the project is in early access and under active development. Squads are refreshed, leagues, stadiums, faces and tournament graphics are added, and bugs are fixed. Every update appears in FIFAMAN App on its own and is included with your subscription at no extra cost.
